A little summary of the year and sharing what I’m working on in 2025.
Hello friends! Congratulations! Any plans tonight? We’re eating Indian food and fireworks in our pajamas. There are no crazy plans and I’m very happy lol. I’m excited to call it a late night and go on a family hike in the mornings!
It’s funny because I thought the last year of the Pilot’s military career would be the LONGEST year of my life. I thought it would be a slow drag to the finish line. The reality is that he flew this year. I can’t believe he’s wrapping things up, he’s changed the reins, and we’re gearing up for the retirement event at the end of the month. There are many big changes ahead.
This year was a year of amazing travel, fun times with the kids (who are growing up so fast. Liv turns 13 next week!!!), time with friends, events, family time at home, in nature, and a great year for my healing journey. I celebrated a year last year of eye problems and auoimmune symptoms and I feel so grateful to have had a year where I really marked my routine and felt the best I have in years (decades???). I created a free ebook here about my autoimmune journey and if you want to check out the things that helped me!
Looking forward to 2024 and my goals for 2025

Professional Summary:
From one Integrative Health from our perspective, it was a year full of learning, expansion and customer success. It was so amazing to see their wins, and I’ve analyzed over 100 lab tests this year! I was the winner of the 100 day challenge at EquiLife in October (#7! Woop!) and Winner of five IHP majors last spring. I was also invited to be a part of the Centurion program and attend a three-month training with 15 other IHPs and EquiLife instructors to take our lab analysis to the next level. From there, I was able to start reading labs for EquiLife clients in addition to my own.
I feel blessed every day to be a part of this company with an incredible mission and inspiring people behind it. I can’t wait to see what CPI he has it in store for next year!!
I feel superstitious to say this, but the blog has had the highest ad revenue it has had in at least 5 years. My SEO team has been hard at work behind the scenes, and we’re really starting to see the results of their efforts. It’s still my goal to post fun and personal posts around here (the kind I’d love to read), in addition to SEO-driven and helpful content, which is what drives new readers to the blog.
The podcast continued to do well, but one of my goals is to put more energy into the bucket, post more episodes, and grow in the new year. Another goal is to post more on LTKbecause I love sharing outfits and gift ideas.
In terms of sponsorship, this year I worked with a company I admire and love: NOW Foods. I am very grateful for their continued cooperation and to continue working together in 2025. I get sponsorship offers every day, but I turn down almost all of them because they are for companies and products that don’t align with my values, or don’t sell. products I don’t use or don’t like. I will never promote a company on the blog that I don’t 100% love and support.
I am grateful to our affiliate partners, incl Nutrisense, EquiLife, CPI, connection, higher dose, Danger Coffee, the organizer, OneSkin, Butcher Box, oar, the cannon, Somavedic, Air Doctor, Vivarays, Pvolveand to all of you who shop through my links. She directly supports our family (and helps keep this little blog going), and I’m so grateful. I also started working olive tree and The wave of life this year; two companies I’m very excited about!
This month has been the last month of Fit Team workouts as we are designing my new signature program. It’s a 6-month program that includes functional lab testing, supplements and protocols and personalized recommendations to help you feel your best. It’s basically the culmination of everything I’ve learned, which I’ve used with my clients, as well as myself to dramatically transform our health and energy levels. I can’t wait to share it with you in early February!
Personal and healthy goals:
My health goal is to continue to practice the habits that make me feel my best, such as quarterly detoxes, smart supplements, restorative practices, nutrition charting, walking, exercise (strength training, laughter, spin, Pilates and hot yoga), and stress management. My goal is to reduce toxins as much as possible, fill in deficiencies, and continue to use functional lab testing as an amazing tool. I’m proud of myself for taking charge of my health and getting to the bottom of what I was experiencing, as well as my ability. share everything I’ve learned along the way.
Keep practicing your Spanish! This year, I started working with a mentor from Italki to improve my skills, and since we are going back to Spain this year, I would like to have more confidence in Spanish. (I studied Spanish and can understand it perfectly, but I’m not 100% confident in speaking it.)
Back to Bible study. after leaving in the spring. I had just started working with EquiLife clients and was excited to make as many calls as possible! Now that I know how to work the platform a little better and can block off time for Bible study, I’d like to make it a priority again.
Continue to be the best mother, wife and friend I can be. I want the people in my life to know how much I love them, and to lead each day with a grateful, patient, and loving heart. Some days are harder than others, but doing a gratitude check in the morning affects how I feel throughout the day.
I’d love to hear about your year and your goals! What are you proud of this past year, what are you working on now? Do you have a health goal? Travel plans? I want to hear everything!
Have a great new year and see you soon!
xoxo
